Jon Sinclair stands at the cutting edge of dance music, having produced mixes and presented radio shows for dance music's legendary Ministry Of Sound Radio for several years, writing for one of the leading UK music magazines M8 Mag, along with running the pioneering dance label 'Standby Records' and DJ'ing sets at the finest clubs around the UK including; God's Kitchen, Euphoria, Renaissance, Ministry of Sound, Fabric, Pacha; as well as in all corners of the world Internationally including his current 2007 residency at Puro Beach in Marbella, Spain.

Mixing in the right circles? Absolutely!...having presented shows for Ministry of Sound since 2002, Standby have an enviable archive of shows including their guest mixes from all the biggest names in underground dance music including Sasha, James Zabiela, Ferry Corsten, Hernan Cattaneo, David Guetta, Timo Maas, Adam Freeland, and many more.

Jon is resident DJ for Puro Beach Marbella (www.purobeach.com) and his base in southern Spain provides the perfect location for the Standby Studio where the majority of the radio and music production takes place, with the added luxury of sun-drenched international clubs, within close reach of Ibiza! Jon also runs artist management and music production company 'Music Works', which prompted the formation of the Standby Records label (www.standbyrecords.com) which has recently launched with a string of releases from the label-artist 'Slytek'.

After 10 years of pioneering dance music, the label was the natural next step. Working with some of the worlds finest dance music producers and uncovering masses of innovative talent, the label represents everything that the show has achieved on Ministry of Sound Radio so far, and is set to now step things up a notch... !
